By accessing the bn555 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference.

If bn555 has reasonable grounds to believe a User is under 18, the Account will be immediately suspended pending age verification, and any funds therein may be withheld pending investigation.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The bn555 Platform is made available to Players who are permitted by the laws of their jurisdiction to participate in online gaming and sports betting. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your location. bn555 makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.

Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
3.4 One Account Policy. Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account with bn555. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. bn555 reserves the right to permanently close all identified duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.5 KYC Verification. bn555 is required to verify the identity of Players before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide, on request, a valid copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal restrictions until verification is successfully completed.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes associated with your registered mobile number. bn555 will never request your password via live chat, email, or any other channel.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify bn555 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. bn555 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials.
4.3 Account Closure. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting bn555 support via live chat. Outstanding balance and any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, subject to completed KYC verification.
4.4 Account Suspension. bn555 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time without prior notice if bn555 reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where suspension is required for regulatory or security purposes.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bn555 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupee (PKR/Rs).
5.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum daily deposit limits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are subject to the applicable wallet provider's own transaction limits, which are currently Rs 50,000 per day. Bank transfer limits are tier-dependent and vary by account verification level.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to completed KYC verification. bn555 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals where required for compliance or fraud prevention purposes.
5.4 Payment Ownership. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. bn555 prohibits third-party payments. Where deposits are received from a payment method not registered to the Account holder, bn555 reserves the right to reverse the transaction and restrict the Account pending investigation.

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the bn555 Platform are subject to acceptance by bn555. bn555 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where system errors have occurred, where odds have been set manifestly incorrectly, or where bn555 suspects fraudulent or irregular betting patterns.
6.2 Sporting Events. In the event of a cancellation, postponement, or abandonment of a sporting event (including PSL fixtures, international cricket matches, UFC bouts, and other markets), bn555's specific event rules and market settlement procedures apply. Stakes on void markets are typically returned to the Player's Account.
6.3 Casino Games. All casino games available on the bn555 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are sourced from licensed live dealer studios. Game outcomes are determined independently of bn555 and are subject to the rules published by each individual game provider.
6.4 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction or software error during a betting or gaming session, affected rounds or bets may be declared void. bn555 will not be liable for losses resulting from third-party software failures, network interruptions, or force majeure events outside of bn555's reasonable control.
6.5 Currency. All betting and gaming activity at bn555 is conducted in PKR. Minimum and maximum stake limits for individual games and markets are displayed within the Platform at the time of play.
7.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotions offered by bn555 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. Where promotion-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers, eligible games, and time limits are stated in the applicable promotion terms. Players are responsible for reviewing these terms before accepting a bonus offer.
7.3 Misuse of Bonuses. bn555 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to restrict or close an Account, where bn555 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus structures, or providing false information to qualify for promotional offers.
7.4 Modifications. bn555 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or substitute any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

9.2 Self-Exclusion. Players may elect to self-exclude from the bn555 Platform. Self-exclusion is applied immediately across all product categories and for the full duration selected. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bn555 operates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players agree to contact bn555 support to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. bn555 commits to responding to formal dispute notifications within a reasonable timeframe and to engaging in good faith discussions toward resolution.
